With every day that we don't show our house, we are thinking that our house will not sell. We are sort of okay with it either way. We don't have to sell but it sure would be nice. Anyway, neither of us can stop wanting to do more things to our partially fixed up fixer upper. When (and if) the house goes off of the market in June the first thing I am doing....
