Friday night I had my aunt and uncle over for one of my signature dishes, Sweet Corn Pasta.
This is probably my favorite thing to make in the summer and especially when corn is at its freshest. It is an adaptation of this recipe from Union Square Cafe in NYC. I highly recommend it. It's delicious!
