Our Valentine's Day reservations had to be cancelled due to the touch of Snowmageddon that struck the South this weekend. Granted the 5 inches of snow disappeared as quickly as it came but we were crippled for about 18 hours which resulted in Chris and I being unable to make it to our favorite restaurant. I quickly devised a plan to cook a good meal at home. I defaulted to two of my Martha Stewart Cooking School favorites, Pan Seared Steak with Mustard Cream Sauce and Rosemary Garlic Puree. I needed a dessert and while we rushed through our market I saw French Vanilla Loaf Pound Cake and decided to make Chris' Favorite Dessert, Strawberry Nutella Paninis. This is a Giada De Laurentiis recipe and it's delicious.
