I will never buy an old house again!
I have to say that I am so sick of this house I want to throw up or punch a squirrel (particularly the ones in front of my house currently plotting how they will destroy my urns). If I never see another paintbrush again that will be fine with me. I am renting after we sell this place. Maintenance free is the best phrase I have heard in weeks.
